Chief Executive Officer
Dr fiona mueller
Director of Research
Born in Darwin, Fiona is a longstanding resident of regional Australia who has also lived in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the United States. A specialist in English and foreign languages, her 30-year teaching and leadership background includes roles in public and private secondary schools and at two universities.
Fiona’s extensive practical experience led to her appointment as Head of ANU College at the Australian National University and then Director of Curriculum at the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA) in Sydney.
In 2019, the Australian Financial Review’s Power Issue placed her among the top five most influential people in education. She is an Adjunct Fellow at the Centre for Independent Studies (Sydney) and a Senior Fellow of Advance HE (formerly the Higher Education Academy) in York, UK. In April 2022, she was appointed to a three-year term on the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA) Board as the nominee of the Commonwealth Government. She joined the Page Research Centre in July 2024.

Justin de Vries

Media Director
Justin grew up on a farm in the Mid West region of Western Australia. He joined Page in 2024, specialising in energy policy, national demography, immigration, economic sovereignty and family policy.
Before joining Page, Justin was awarded a scholarship by the Mannkal Economic Education Foundation while completing a Bachelor of Philosophy at the University of Notre Dame Australia. Through the scholarship, he interned at the American Institute for Economic Research in the United States, where he conducted quantitative research on Australia’s Renewable Energy Target and electricity prices.
